We want you to love your ACTIV RITUAL piece.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging
- Free of damage caused by normal wear or misuse
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged.
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Worn jewelry
- Custom or personalized pieces
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll make it right.
